Ms Roseanna Cunningham MSP has welcomed plans to host a Big Climate Conversation in Crieff this Saturday, 5 October. It takes place in Strathearn Artspace from 10am-1pm.

Ms Cunningham said:

“The climate emergency facing our planet raises massive questions that we all need to address whether it is on a personal, household, community, national or global level.

“I am delighted, therefore, that Crieff is playing host to a Big Climate Conversation, which is being held this Saturday in the Strathearn Artspace.

“This is a very welcome development indeed, it is so important that local communities get together in this way to think positively about how we can all face up to the challenges ahead.

“Folk are invited to drop in between 10am and 1pm.  They will have the opportunity to pick up information and share ideas about the threats posed by climate change and what can be done to reverse the effects.

“I want to thank Fiona Gilbert at Remake Scotland and everyone else who has been responsible for pulling this together. I look forward to dropping in myself to hear what people have to say.”
