LOTTERY CASH FOR LOCAL GROUPS WELCOMED

Ms Roseanna Cunningham MSP is delighted by news that two organisations in her constituency have recently been successful in securing National Lottery funding after applying to National Lottery Awards for All Scotland.

Ms Cunningham said:

“Congratulations to all those who have been involved in these successful grant applications.  It is great to see these excellent local groups receiving much needed financial support.

“The two awards are very different in scale but they will both bring benefits to the community – and in particular to young people – and I am delighted to see local groups continuing to support and promote active living and an interest and involvement in different sports.

“I wish them all every success with the projects which have received support.”
